Haha...UGH! After 7 weeks of being exceptionally good at avoiding ALL the bad carbs I used to eat.....today I broke down and had A TON of Cheez-Its (like probably 1/2 a box)!! I have to blame my irrational behavior on my cycle

I know we all have those moments....just don't want one moment of weekness to turn into 2 or 3. Thanks for letting me confess without judgement

BTW....i feel gross!!

That's really funny. Just call it an isolated incident. If you feel rough now, at least you know how the good the diet makes you feel

LOL, robin! Don't worry, don't beat yourself up, just get back on the SB horse and carry on. I had a night where I drank several mimosas and ate half a bag of gummi raspberries. Then felt overful and icky. And last week I polished off a bag of Doritos in two sittings. (did NOT feel icky, of course) Otherwise my days were very good and yesterday I even realized that I had only had one small serving of sweet potato chips and no fruit all day! Sometimes those very P1-heavy days sneak up on you just as the snack-y days do. It's all about not making an indulgence into an excuse for further allowances.

I had one of those kinds of incidents the other day, too! Only, it was with my favorite Chinese restaurant.

Yes, the day before my period started. It is what it is. I'm moving on and calling it a new day!

I suffered no ill-effects weight wise, thank goodness. But I have to be careful because little cheats can add up. I don't want to get to comfy with slipping up here and there especially since my body has finally adjusted and I'm losing weight. Thanks for the support....I know we're all in this together!

Cheezits.
As soon as I know I only have six weeks to live I am going straight to the store for Cheezits.
They have crack AND rabies in them and I have lbs to prove it.
