Any idea why I've been eating eggs with no problems with hunger until snack/lunch for most breakfasts for years and then all of a sudden they dont work? I'm hungry as soon as i eat them? I have been eating them with ricotta.

I don't know why that would be. Protein foods like eggs and ricotta cheese usually fill people up, not make them hungry.

Maybe there is something in the ricotta that is setting off cravings? It seems like maybe the fat-free ricotta had added starches or something when I looked at it years ago.

Made it all morning with no bread or bagels! Yea! Hard boiled eggs, 2, celery, v8 (has carrots and 8 grams of sugar?) Cottage cheese and yogurt!

The sugar in V-8 comes from the vegetables. The sugars found in vegetables and milk or yogurt are helpful. It's the added sugars you need to be careful of. You would see those listed in the ingredients - the nutrition information lists all sugars, of all kinds, from all sources. A small amount of carrots isn't a problem even in phase 1, and the amount in a serving of V-8 isn't big at all.
