Well- good news is, I dropped one more lb. I really want to watch it this week, as this is the first time in AGES that I was able to move the scale. So yes, portion control. Will have to work hard to get rid of those extra 10 remaining. And from there, try once again to go down.
There is a woman here who is starting a wt loss group, more a therapy than food related group. I decided to try it. Perhaps it would help me figure out why I sabotage my own efforts at times. In any case, it's a limited time ( 17 weeks, once a week), so it's not that bad.
Mary Ann, let me know what you need- I will be happy to help if I can. Thank you for the encouragement. It's good to feel better about oneself. Kudos to you on your loss. I know it's not easy, and you seem to be able to muster up self control with ease. Well, at least you make it look like it!
