Are you eating enough? I found on SBD the more I ate the more I lost. 3 meals and snacks. Not seeing much food listed.

Thanks for checking in wileybosco! I think you are right, i need to up my veggies and protein. I am traveling and so havent been able to log in last few days and the food has not been totally SBD friendly as well. But i will work on getting more veggies and protein and also regular with my exercise, when i get back home, later in the week. I am thinking of starting the C25K.

That is how I learned to run-Couch to 5k. It is a great program. Hang in there. One day at a time...
