Only plain yogurt in p1.

There are some kinds of flavored yogurts that are allowed on a limited basis when you get to p2, but I haven't seen any Greek yogurts that qualify. If you look at the ingredient list, they add sugar (quite a bit). That makes it a no go for any phase. P2 only allows the light/lite flavored yogurts that are artificially sweetened.

sugar is not listed as an ingredient in this yogurt, but it DOES contain 18 grams of sugar - just not under the "ingredients"

On the black cherry, you see how it says "evaporated cane juice" and "cherry juice concentrate" under the fruit at the bottom section? Those are both pure sugar. Plus the actual fruit that you already mentioned as an issue. And the lemon has evaporated cane juice as the second ingredient-- that's a lot of added sugar.

You can take the plain kinds and sweeten and flavor with allowed p1 ingredients.

Have a look at this post (including the link within Kimboroni's post):

Besides the natural sweeteners mentioned there, you can also use any artificial sweetener, including Sweet 'n Low or Equal. No matter which you use, remember to count the calories towards your daily "sweet treat" limit.
