The earliest edition of the book has undergone some changes. But you can do fine by reading any version of the book, then looking at this site for updates. (Our updates come either from newer editions of the book or from the official SBD website.)
For now, you might want to have a look at the phase 1 FAQ page. There are links to the phase 1 "foods to enjoy" list, and the "how to adapt your meal plan" template. Together, you can use those two to put together your whole menu for phase 1. There's also a "foods to add" list for phase 2, on the phase 2 FAQ page, when you're ready for that.
