OnaMi, what a wonderful, reflective time with your doctor. Maureen, I agree with you. Ona is so inspiring. Just reading her posts and seeing the life change is incredible.

Keep going OnaMi! You show us how to continue learning and improving our daily WOE and the choices we make. I was sitting here with my Greek yogurt w/sfff jello, ff milk, and then started eating chocolate chips :( I will have herbal tea instead...

Just checking in for my dose of inspiration! Trying to get back on track after 8 weeks of work in an office that thrives on snacks and junk food! I need more images of good healthy eating in my head, so I'm reading journals. I think I need to read them every day - maybe on my lunch break at work!!

Onami, What an awesome weight and weekend!! It sounds like you are feeling the same way that I am.....more relaxed about life and enjoying it without being consumed by the workouts and food because you know what works. :) There is a sense of peace when you get to that point... GO YOU!!

Hey onaMi,

I am just letting you know-I am back! I am feeling good...my PI/PII is working for me this week. I have lost the bloat-now I just have to work on the real pounds. I still don't have the lemons, but I'll get some soon.

As always-you rock!

Take care-
Mary Ann

I have just been catching up on the 'journals' Your story is AMAZING..... your phenomenal weight loss is a testament to your attitude and commitment. Lots of us have had success with this WOE but we get complacent and jump off the wagon......
Not you...and look at what you have achieved.
It's wonderful to see all the encouraging comments you have for others...we all gain strength with the support we get from each other
Three cheers for you.

That's great Mary Ann (hand clap) you know what to do and have had so much success following the SB guidelines,I knew you'd get back in the groove :D

Good to see you Lakegran :) Thank you x.. I try to keep my eyes on my goal but most importantly remembering where i came from (how addicted i was to the wrong kinds of foods, what they did to my health and quality of life) and know that i don't want to go back there.I like me now :D WI @ 167.6 today.down .8 since last update.

I've gotten to the point where i don't want/can't eat a lot of food any more.I'm tired of forcing down food when I'm not hungry.I don't just eat to eat any more.Still trying to following my format of eating like a king for breakfast, queen for lunch and poor man for dinner(not a lot of food),which is always before 6pm but even that is hard now so..IDK.

Out of all the places I've been, all the good time I've had in my life..I feel like I'm living the best time of my life right now :D

hugs! be well!! Interesting to see your new goals after not visiting the site for so long. I kinda figured you might lower them at some point. It's often hard to see ourselves in our "fantasy land" range when we begin and what is truly possible only becomes clearer when we are further along the path. Hope it doesn't burn you out though! ;) Keep practicing self-compassion! 8)

You are truly an inspiration!! You've lost so much, but you've gained so much spiritually that it's just a pleasure to read your journal. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving - you truly have so much to be grateful for.
