Thank you x.. I try to keep my eyes on my goal but most importantly remembering where i came from (how addicted i was to the wrong kinds of foods,what they did to my health and quality of life) and know that i don't want to go back there.I like me now
WI @ 167.6 today.down .8 since last update.
I've gotten to the point where i don't want/can't eat a lot of food any more.I'm tired of forcing down food when I'm not hungry.I don't just eat to eat any more.Still trying to following my format of eating like a king for breakfast,queen for lunch and poor man for dinner(not a lot of food),which is always before 6pm but even that is hard now so..IDK.
Out of all the places I've been,all the good time I've had in my life..I feel like I'm living the best time of my life right now
