So today is my first day on SB. So far so good and I am not feeling any cravings as of yet (mind you I have reese's in my candy dish on my desk). With that said, I know I am doing well after not having any at all today. I had an egg with peppers omelet this morning, mozz cheese stick for snack, salad with turkey and mozz cheese for lunch, and a plain greek yogurt with Splenda and vanilla flavoring. I drank lots of water with lime and tea with Splenda this morning so like I said, so far so good. Hopefully I will keep this up. If you can send some motivation my way to keep this thing up and get some exercise in, I would appreciate it
