You're in ketosis because you're hardly eating any carbs. You need at least a half cup of veggies at breakfast. Make sure to eat at least 2 cups of veggies at both lunch and dinner, and that should include more than just lettuce-- add things like tomatoes and a half cup of beans/legumes to boost carb intake. Make sure to get all of your snacks, and those are a good place to include more veggies.

If you have a specific reason for not including milk or yogurt such as lactose intolerance, then there are acceptable soy options. If it's because you usually don't eat them, SB is all about changing our habits. Adding milk and/or yogurt wil help kick you out of ketosis.

Did you really only have pistachios for lunch? That isn't at all adequate. Please review the meal templates in the FAQ for help with how your day should look.

While you seem to be eating allowed foods, you're not eating enough of the right foods.

Have a look at the phase 1 FAQ page. It includes a link to the "how to adapt your meal plan" template that Kimboroni was talking about, and also lots of other useful information. :)
