I think we all won as we kept up with the program, losing weight, and GAINING A NEW WOE!

I am now at my goal weight. The Summer Challenge was one of the helps to get to this point. Another piece was sticking with the forums and reading people's posts. It's critical to have support as we make life-changing decisions and set up habits for the long haul. I keep thinking of Kimboroni's quote (somewhere on this site): "It really does take a lot of vegetables." Yes!

Truly, having a new way of eating provides more energy. If I have an off-plan kind of day, I can feel the tiredness set in. With my work with high school students, there is no time to be tired! Yay, us, for keeping going!
