yeah it's tough, and i'm still a long way from my goal. congrats on almost reaching yours!
i've gone ahead and added in grains and fruit - usually 2 servings a day of each, because i have a ways to go yet and if i tried to stay on P1 i'd be in trouble
i've got an important event that i'm dressing up for in 4 more weeks and i am trying to work particularly on my stomach and my "bye-bye arms"
so my exercises are definitely focused (even though i know technically that doesn't really work... it can't hurt! as long as i'm exercising, right?
the answer is: you need more veggies.
