En the end today was phase 2 day one for me. I think it went pretty well. (I stalled a day to make it a monday) I added the apple, as planned (okay, and a glass of red wine). I did cardio at the gym AND walked to work and back.
I'll be curious to see how the wine does... water retention seems to be my mid 40s nemesis.

ps: I hear you on the water melon. It's a great natural diuretic, but a no no for SB... for a while anyway.
