There are other frozen foods you could have in a pinch, too. Some are fairly cheap, like steam-in-the-bag vegetables. There are also more expensive healthy frozen dinners made by Kashi, Amy's, and a few other brands that you might find in health food stores.
And don't forget, you can always freeze individual portions of food you have made at home, and microwave them when you need something quick. An easy way to do this is to cook a little extra for your meals, and just freeze one serving in a Ziploc sandwich-sized bag or another plastic container. You can take the food out of the container, put it on a plate, and defrost and heat it in the microwave. IMO, that's the very best option - inexpensive, tasty, healthy, and made just the way you like.
