If it's your first day of p2, then you should have just the cereal or just the apple, not both. That way if you get cravings or other weird feelings you'll know exactly what caused it.
If you're a couple of weeks into p2, then having both is fine. If you've been on p2 a while (more than a couple of weeks), I'd consider adding more fruits and/or starches, especially if you exercise.
Some general notes:
You're eating a lot of cheese. Current recommendations are no more than 2 servings daily. If you're still losing weight and your doctor is okay with your cholesterol levels, then you might be okay at this level. If not, drop back.
You should still have your protein and veggies at breakfast. If you look at the meal planning templates, the p2 foods are in addition to the p1 foundation foods, not replacements. You could move some of the am snack protein to breakfast and have veggies or dairy (which is milk or yogurt, not cheese) with your snack. The apple should be eaten with some kind of protein/fat rather than a sweet treat.
Make sure you're optimizing your dairy and good fats. You do seem to be eating good amounts of veggies.
