So today is my fourth day and I must say things are getting easier. I did relapse by eating beef jerky (but it was only 4g carbs and low-fat.. so does that count?) and I had literally 2 sips of black coffee with non-dairy creamer Original CoffeeMate Creamer. That means the carbs didn’t count either, right? Haha. Just needed a sweet taste in my mouth. I typically don’t like logging what I eat, but I can actually remember it this week.
Monday (HARDEST DAY EVER)
Breakfast – 2 hardboiled eggs
Lunch – chicken salad (1 tbsp mayo + green onions + pickles)
Snack - Laughing Cow Light Garlic Herb cheese – per wedge, I had 2– total fat 1.5g / carb 1g / sugars 1g / protein 2g / calories 35
Dinner- Baked Salmon + lemon + pepper + salt
Late Dinner - chicken salad (1 tbsp mayo + green onions + pickles)
Tuesday –
Breakfast – bellpeppers + 2 small breakfast sausage links
Lunch – chicken salad (1 tbsp mayo + green onions + pickles)
Snack – Laughing Cow Light Garlic Herb Cheese – per wedge, I had 1 – total fat 1.5g / carb 1g / sugars 1g / protein 2g / calories 35
Snack – Teriyaki beef jerky.. I know SO BAD! 4g carbs only though is that OK??
Dinner - Baked Salmon + lemon + pepper + salt
Wednesday-
Breakfast - Baked Salmon + lemon + pepper + salt (yes breakfast cus I made it early AM and I didn’t want it to go bad LOL)
Snack – bellpeppers + 2 small breakfast sausage links
Lunch – Roast Beef + Swiss Cheese + Bellpeppers + Onions + 1tbsp mayo + some mustard + tomatoes + all wrapped in lettuce
Dinner - Chicken/Beef Meatballs in Chicken broth with onions and bellpeppers– for all 6 meatballs - total fat 7g / Carbs 8g / Dietary Fiber 2g / Sugars 2g / Protein 18g (sounds nasty but it was good and all I could find in the fridge)
Thursday (so far) -
Breakfast – 3 Egg Omelette + onions + tomatoes + baked ham + 2 sausage links + all wrapped in lettuce
I have been worried about bad breath so I’ve been chewing on sugarfree gum everyday. I divide ONE stick into four and eat those throughout the day, so I stay under my 75 calories. I have NEVER cooked before. We always eat out or eat at my mom’s.. so there is NOTHING in my fridge that’s why everything was the same. Plus I didn’t know I’d actually stick to this. Now I am crazy excited to go grocery shopping tomorrow for next week. Got my phase 1 recipes and I am good to go!! I haven’t weighed myself but I definitely feel like a healthier me.
Does anyone know of any other snacks I could eat? I am allergic to all nuts.. so
