I use a hand mixer and it works fine. Try it and see. My BBB save me every night. I LOVE them!! Hope you're having a good week.

Hi everyone!

It's been kind of crazy lately - attending training and on the road a few days. The training had crazy good food and I was able to stay SB until I saw dessert! I don't even eat cake, but this was scrumptious! Ate a piece of cake two days in a row - whew! Plus two chocolate chip cookies the first day. Sheesh - you'd think I haven't eaten this sugary stuff in quite a while...

The weekend has been good with exercise Sat and Sun, time at church—yay!, even cleaning

B: egg, turkey sausage, refried beans, green beans
L: carrots, cottage cheese, peach, choc chip cookie (I brought two home for DH and they are just getting crunchy! I "had" to eat one to "rescue" it...)
D: green beans, ground turkey, mushroom sauce, ff milk
S: Gk yogurt w/ sfff lemon jello added, blueberries, 4 squares Ghirardelli chocolate (2-72%, 2-60%)

Think I will finish with some pumpernickel bread.

S: cottage cheese, fruit
L: salad w/ dsg, veggies, fish, cake (yum!!!)
S: almonds, taquitos (2), salsa, 1 churro
D: chicken, green beans, ranch
S: Gk yogurt, sfff lime jello, blueberries, ff milk

What are you training for Grace? Do you mean working out at the gym or are you training for something specific? Sounds like you're doing great!!

sorry to be gone again - I wish it were lifting or something like that, but this has been training education-wise for my new position! Actually, the training has been empowering as I begin a new work with students. I do plan to get in some lifting soon.

Lisa, another new pic - yay!!! :D

I should post meals! It's been busy at work - a good week overall. The teaching staff is getting together to prep for an awesome year :)

B: egg, refried beans, green beans
S: 1 cookie (it wasn't even that good)
L: egg foo yung, green beans, carrots
S: triscuits, peach, low fat cottage cheese, 4 pieces Ghirardhelli choc, milk w/ coffee
D: egg foo yung, green beans
S: plain yogurt, sfff lemon jello flavoring

more veggies and salad tomorrow. We are checking out the grocery store in town that does not have my fav Gk yogurt... learning curve!!!

got to a scale - good surprise! 125 - hooray! I'll check out where I am after a while longer. In the meantime, I want to stay with P2 and add in exercise. The 7:30 am start at school (it will get earlier) means I'm not exercising before I get to work. After work is hot, hot, hot in AZ this time of year :) and we are havng AC/cooling "issues."

B: ground turkey, green beans, ranch (it goes with everything) and a few sips of milk w/ coffee
L: salad w/ chicken, cheese, a few craisins, and RANCH :)
S: Gk yogurt w/ ffsf jello flavoring

Hey Grace, glad to hear you're doing so well. Congrats on the weight loss. Learning new things is always a good thing. I'm learning new stuff at work too and it's interesting. Keep up the great work.

Thanks guys for your posts! All is well in SB land here with me. Most meals are SB friendly and I am moving a lot more than sitting in my work with middle school and high school students :)

today starts with
B: 1 egg, 1 turkey sausage, refried beans, carrots, skim milk - yum!

definitely need weightlifting :)

Morning! I wanted to reconnect after being gone for so long. We finally replaced our computer and had internet reinstated. Your job sounds like it is going really well. Catch you later!

Hi, grace! Seems like we're all suddenly busy this fall. I'm working a lot of hours at my new job, juggling meal prep and other things so it's a new challenge for me. Trying to find time to read journals - guess you're in the same situation! Struggling to get back to beachy food!
