Here I am again. Been following SB really well with no success yet
Started P1 today following my doctor's advice. I will not give up, been fighting this weight for a while but I will keep going.
So far so good.
Exercise (done): 1hr. cardio + 45 min. weight training
B: 2 eggs with red peppers, onions and cilantro, 1/3 cup of red beans, 1 cup of broccoli and cabbage sauteed in olive oil. Water.
S: 15 almonds + piece of lean turkey+ water
L: Grilled chicken with rosemary and other herbs, 1/3 cup of red beans, salad of lettuce, cucumbers, radishes, + 2 cups of broiled zucchini + water
S: cucumbers + red peppers+ piece of lean turkey + water
D: broiled salmon, + 2 cups of green beans (with some olive oil) + salad of lettuce, tomatoes, radishes, cucumbers + water
If hungry: 1 SF Popsicle + water
