Everyone is reading, but nobody is talking on your thread, so I'll jump in! Welcome to the journal board - I've been doing SB for over 2 years and it's been wonderful.
Congratulations on your baby - I raised three myself, so know how exhausting it is. You can do SB by cooking pretty simply if that's your choice, but being organized helps a lot. Cooking big batches of things like chili, cutting up veggies for snacks and putting them in small ziplocs, keeping low fat cheese sticks and nuts on hand will really help.
