I watched Dr. oz show today and he showed how to make the healtiest brownies that you won't taste it anywhere. Hmmm It called 'black bean brownie' . Everything is almost the same as the recipe that floating around here for an age but he said it was new. I guess?

. (I might be new to SB but I heard about black bean brownie from Atkin diet since then.)
Anyway, I had 2 pieces today before and after the show. lol
6/24/11 SBD Phase 1. Day 12
B--Flaxseed pancake topped with sf maple syrup
--3 zucchini-turkey patties (my last ones. I have to make more this weekend)
L--2 cups cauliflower-rice
--Chicken curried
--Chinese okra saute' with olive oil and garlic
S--2 black bean brownies
--1 cup light soymilk
D--2 sliced turkey breast wrapped with one slice cheese
-- Stir fried chinese okra with chicken and egg
Excercise: 20 minutes A.M. yoga, 30 minutes walk
****I made zucchini-turkey patties by mixing lean ground turkey with chopped onion, grated zucchini ,egg beater, salt and pepper. Then made a small patty about 1 tbsp each and cooked in the pan that spray with pam. ****
I added this recipes for Zucchini-turkey patties
1 pack ground lean turkey or any kind of ground meat you like (about a lb or so)
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups grated zucchini
1 egg or 1/4 cup egg beater
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp grated ginger (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
1. Mix everything together and taste it by putting one tsp in microwave. Add seasonings to suit your taste.
2. Spooned the mixture to form into patties (about 1 or 2 tbsp each) . Cook in the pan that spray with pam until both sides are cook.
