Regarding "not doing so well", here is what I found to be the easiest thing for me 1. Try to eat mostly protein and veggies 2. Skip the starches, which no matter what, eventually lead me to overeat them and sometimes other things 3. Control the amount of fruit and 4. Watch the snacks. For me, the easier I make it, the better it works. Try to avoid keeing trigger foods at home; stop being liberal w myself about what I know gets me into trouble; even so, occasionally I go off, sometimes for days on end. I think cooking may be a wonderful thing for you, for me, the less I "deal" w food the better off I am. Not sure if this would work for you, but worth considering, right? Just sayin'
