Hi, glad you had a nice weekend and can eat PB. I love PB. Lately I've been eating all natural almond butter. Delicious! I hope you finish that paper soon. I'm exhausted too. Early night tonight.

Final draft submitted - now to edits and hearing what my dissertation chair has to say. Then to committee and my defense - yay!!!

exercise: just typing this week :?

B: ground turkey, green beans, dsg
S: 1 slice pumpernickel bread w/ smart balance, string cheese
D: ground turkey, green beans, dab of pasta
S: ricotta, pb, yogurt, strawberries, choc chips - tastes better w/ apple than strawberries; probably b/c of the pb :)
S: carrots, ff milk

Thankful for the energy from SB to come so far on my project! :D

Hi, how's your week been? How's life? I've been missing all week with a crazy busy week, but just checking in on all my SB buddies. Hope you're doing well.

thanks for stopping by, Christin and everyone! It's going well; getting ready to defend my dissertation - yay! Hope you are doing great! On the road with limited access to Internet. Working to stay SB friendly with meals, but it's a bit difficult with the graduation parties :)

yesterday:
B: veggies w/ cheese, beef, soy milk
L: hamburger, refried beans, raw veggies, veggie salad
D: salad w/ 2T dsg, veggies, soy milk
S: oops! a smidge of a cinnamon roll one of my friends made (yummy!), 15 cashews

today:
B: egg, veggies, soy milk
L: salad w/ chicken and 2T ranch, part of a grilled chicken wrap - threw away most of the wrap; not ww

Hope everybody is doing super! :D

SW: 147 (2.25.11)

Not yet, but we do have a date: Tuesday the 24th - hooray! Thanks for asking, Christin :)

B: egg, veggies, soy milk w/ tad of chocolate coffee
L: salad w/ dsg, veggies, turkey
S: 1/2 apple, PB, cottage cheese, soy milk, 1 piece twilight delight choc

Feeling a bit of stress and lots of excitement w/ my upcoming defense. That may explain my interest in chocolate. My food has been pretty SB, even though I'm away from my own kitchen. Did have a bad deal Saturday w/ a couple doritos and too much junk Saturday before bed: yogurt w/ ricotta, blueberries, choc chips, and way too many pistachios. When I got up Sunday, boy did my stomach feel awful! I now get what people say about having too much fat and sugar after making the switch to SBD. Good lesson to learn! I will spare you the details
