S: cottage cheese, oats, 1/2 apple, cinnamon

L: chili w/ cheese, carrots, lf soy milk
D: salad w/ chicken, 2T Ranch, ff milk
S: yogurt, bit of ffsf pudding, raspberries, few choc chips, 15 cashews
S; 1 slice pumpernickel bread
today:
BodySculpting class followed by cardio (elliptical)
B: slice of turkey, green beans, lf soy milk
L: chili, cheese, carrots, celery
work! can I send my dissertation to my committee in 2 weeks?!?
