Well I'm winding down Phase 1 week two. Very happy with the results. I just got my copy of SB SuperCharged and I'm ready to start Phase 1 week 1 exercises. I was walking every day last spring but once the temp. went up for July & Aug. I gave up. I live in a great neighborhood for walking and biking. Week two of Phase 1 has been much easier and since the scale is improving, I'm encouraged.

Way to go on P1! I did SB last summer and I love the P1 exercises. They are soo good for your back. As soon as it warms up a little bit, I'm going to start the interval walking plan again. So easy and yet effective. Good luck!
