Still following the program and have dropped another pound. I'm now down to 197. Look out 180s here I come!

Still following SB & WW and am down to 192.5. I can't believe I've stuck with it this long. It has finally become a way of life for me. There's no turning back now.

I'm back after not posting for almost 1 year. I'm happy to say that I have continued to lose slowly following the WW program. I have decided to give the SB way of eating another try. I will start P1 tomorrow.

B'fast-canadian bacon, 1 sl lf cheese, skim milk, V8, coffee w/SF syrup
Lunch-Salad w/beans & LF cheese, SF pudding
S-20 pnuts
Dinner-green beans, salmon
S-SF fudgecicle

B'fast: canadian bacon, sliced tomato, coffee, skim milk, V8
Lunch: large salad w/black beans, lf cheese & lf salad dressing
Dinner: shrimp, greens
Snack: string cheese, almonds, sf popcycle
Exercise: Hip Hop Abs
Weight: 212

It's been a while and I need to come back to SB. My weight had gone up to 235. I have managed to lose down to 213 in 3 months on WW but I have reached a plateau and will give SB another try starting tomorrow.
