Hello again, I have started to look around on the Internet, to tell the truth I am overwhelmed by the amount of get fit and lose weight stuff there is, any suggestions please? Has anyone tried any of these programs.Do they work? Let me know please

Do something you enjoy, do it regularly, and make it part of your lifestyle. IMO, that's what works whether it is diet or exercise related.

My suggestion is to go for a walk. It's low-impact, it's free, and anyone can do it.
