lost more than 35 lbs with fat loss 4 idiots diet...but past few was kinda stuck and going about in circles...thus thought maybe my body needed a change in diet.....
...lost 6.6 lbs in the first week.....but next week saw a gain of 1.5 lbs
following the rules pretty well...except for one day when i took a bite of a sweet !!! sweets are my real weakness
as of today i have started my second phase.....planning to make it go perfect....
not aiming for a big loss every week ....even 1 lb would do...but there should definitely be a loss ...it would be highly motivating
