Thanks lakegran....but actually our Thanksgiving was at the beginning of October (I'm Canadian).... so really the plan is to be in p2 for xmas. I told DH yesterday that we would be making the xmas dinner in the parties & holidays cookbook; and for once I can say it looks like I will have the support of my husband in this endeavour! Which is a good thing because I recently quit my regular job & took on 2 less stressful jobs instead...so I need him to help with meal prep & grocery shopping now sometimes.
Breakfast went well this am....

fried egg (add tblsp water to pan & cover with lid - that way you use only 1tsp oil)
canadian bacon
3x tomato slice
cup of coffee
s: 9:30am
1 celery stick w/laughing cow light
L: 11am (I work @ 11:30)
Omelet w/peppers, mushrooms & onions (veggies total 2cups)
topped w/light cheddar
s: 1:30pm
cheese stick w/celery
- sub in steamed Edamame beans w/rocksalt (I am not allowed to bring in outside food & this was about the only thing I could see)
s: 4:10pm
turkey pepperoni
ate some more edamame beans
S: 6:30pm (I hope)
Porkchops (fat trimmed)
chickpea salad (dressed in Italian)
cucumber salad (dressed in vinegar w/1 tblsp ffcream)
s: 8:30pm
celery w/light crm cheese
