South Barcellona Beach on diet

Postby SouthBarcellonaBeach » Sun Nov 21, 2010 7:41 am

I am starting a diet. This time the concept is very simple: I will stop eating out.
I realized that I eat out too often ( once a day) and when i eat out I eat and drink too much.
So starting from tomorrow I will only eat out with friends. Otherwise, I will eat from my pantry.

My starting weight is -
SW - 99.8Kg

Hi there Barcellona!

Are you going to go on the Beach?? It's not really a diet, but a healthy way of life! I can't really tell from your post whether you are starting phase 1 or just doing your own method of dieting by cutting down on eating out! Either way, good luck! Anyway you can get healthier is definitely awesome! :D

eh-eh, you are right Kyan. I ommited some information. Here is the rest of the story -
When i eat at home, I eat very healthy. I don't buy meat, eggs and booze. When I shop, I buy tomatos, asparagus, basil, olive oil, garlic, parsely, Kiwis, apples, blueberries, oats, pasta, yogurt, occasionaly cheese and turkey, tuna, sardines, whole grain bread, olives, huumus. I have been doing this for years. Consistently. So I know that when I eat at home I eat as I should. But my problems is that I eat out too much. So that is why I believe, that if I manage to eat at home instead of eating out, I will loose weight.

Welcome to the Journal at South Beach......
Eating out every day IS hard on a healthy woe.... But you have identified the enemy :) a very good thing.
You have a lot of yummy stuff on your grocery list that will make great 'brown bag' lunches ....if that is the problem meal.
You can make great friends here, who are wise and helpful, Hope to see you back soon.
Good Luck
