Hi! Just chiming in a bit on your menu. A suggestion for the V8 - warm it up - tastes like tomato soup.
Don't know if you've been on the Phase 1 board, but you'll probably be able to find some buddies there. Your menu looks a little stingy on the food to me - I'm hoping you had some protein with that salad for lunch. Add some beans and milk/yogurt to give you good carbs for energy so you can exercise. You're doing a lot of exercise and you need to fuel your body.
