Hi
I am Jo and I would love to hook up with another 70 ish south beach traveler as a buddy
I do not have a lot of weight to lose, I lost about 30 lbs over 3 years 5 years ago and stayed mostly phase 3 for 2 more years.
I need support to stay hooked up here, When the forum started my day I did focus on all the good habits I had learned over the years.

Where do you walk, Jo? I'm only 55, but walk mostly to my dvd's since I'm in a cold part of the country, too. And I do "walk" one or two mornings a week on the elliptical at the gym. Don't like treadmills, the elliptical is gentler on my aging knees. Motivating myself is hard, though. I usually do 20-30 min with my dvd, though I have walked up to 4 miles in the past and would like to get back to doing longer walks.

Ultimate goal: 150-155 without having to kill myself with exercise or give up chocolate, ice cream, or wine!
