well i just got finish doing 45 min,of walk away the lbs. tape. i feel so good after i excersise.
i need to keep it up at least 5 days a week, i had 2 slices vegie bacon and egg beaters this morning also 4 oz. v-8 juice . i am going to do phase 1 faithfuly for 2 weeks and try not to weigh myself until then,, ,,,notice i said try lol.....i am bad about that,but i will get my husband to hide the scales.............i went through the kitchen this morn,and put all his sweets where i would not see them,,,,,,,,,,,i am serious about this , the first time i did this diet was 5 yrs. ago anf i did lose 13 lbs in 2 weeks and 2 sizes,i look so good and felt so much better,,,,,hey we all can do this if we don't give,,, so everyonr have a good day,,,,,

i wish my hubby would do this with me but he is so hooked on sweets i worry about him......
