Thank you Chefk and TracyS. Great ideas.

I'm doing some much needed deep cleaning today. I plan on getting a lot done and I plan on grilling for dinner tonight. (That is if the storms up here aren't too bad)

Once again:

B - Omelet
V8
Water
(always black coffee)

Morning y'all. Oh wait, it's afternoon.

I am still trying to get a little more organized around my house. Stayed up too late last night watching a movie with my daughter. She's into genealogy and we were going through a bin of old papers from my Mom. Mom's been gone for almost 12 years and the paper things are still in a bin. See, told y'all I need to get more organized. Although, I did know that papers were in a specific bin, so does that mean that I really am organized after all? LOL

Anyway, daughter is quite excited about the info I was able to give her. I told her she is now in charge of it.

B - leftover pizza (hubby persons idea for dinner last night)
S - Omelet
V8
Water
More coffee

The Life and Times of the Tomato Gardener

I am up way too early for me. Pizza is gone. I woke up at 4:30 AM itching because of the pizza. I am cleaning my "office/3rd bedroom".
My plan is to also make my Veggie Quiche thingies. Maybe even my favorite SBD P2 muffins. Hubby person leaves for work at 7 so I'll have complete control of my kitchen.
Daughter has had asthma flair up for a few days and probably will sleep till noon (due to double allergy pills) so it's a good morning to do some cooking that she would be allergic to.
I would also like to transfer my iPod to my new computer. I haven't figured out how to do that yet.

Veggie Quiche in oven, starting SBD P2 muffins.
Quiche done, oats and buttermilk soaking for SBD P2 muffins.

I made myself a Iced Vanilla Coffee thing. Nice break.
Still cleaning office/bedroom, but I've been doing cooking and keeping up in the kitchen as well. Laundry too. Made three kinds of SF Jello. That's more for diabetic hubby person than for me. Daughter got up around noon. :P

I hope everyone has a good day.

B - Veggie Quiche alaBettie (I don't like peppers, can't eat onion so I put in asparagus  and broccoli)
V8
Water
S - SBD P2 muffin
L - Ice burg lettuce, serving of 2% cottage cheese, SBD Balsamic vinegar dressing
S - Serving of chicken, 1 T Light Miracle Whip with a dollop of Sweet Baby Rays (hay, if it keeps me from shredding three servings of cheese on a plate and nuking it, it works for me.)
D - Salad -- Ice Burg lettuce, 1/2 avocado, chicken, grilled zucchini, 1 oz Kraft RF cheddar cheese, 2T Kraft free Italian (I know it's not SB, but it's all I had tonight)
Water

All in all, I think I did quite well today. My tummy is happy therefore I am happy. We are heading south tomorrow and I will end my day at Woodman's for shopping.

And so I end my day. Even though once or twice I did not adhere to SBD P1, I feel I had quite a successful day.

In the end I had a Black Cherry SF Jello with a spoonful of SBD sanctioned Cool Whip.

Y'all have a good weekend at the Beach.

Good Saturday AM

We are heading south today with a planned dinner with in-laws. I have a plan, though. I'll eat a SBD P2 muffin prior to restaurant, hopefully that will curb some eating out issues.

Anyway, Good Morning Beachers.

Last nights dinner went well:

Shredded Beef Tamales with Red sauce
1/2 serving fried ice cream
Cherry Coke
NO Margareta's

Went shopping and picked up lots of LF or RF stuff for me to eat.

This morning:

Thank you for checking in on me TracyS.
Daughter and I went to our little mall here. We can't seem to help getting tuckered out. She has so many people stop her to talk about her service dog. Today, practically everyone we passed (employees of stores as well) seemed to want to stop and discuss dog behavior with her. Sometimes it can be quite overwhelming and today was one of those days.

So we are home now and I have to go and clean up asparagus. Done.

A Good Evening to one and y'all.

Hubby person desired cheeseburgers this eve. I had made some coleslaw last night, so he had a cheeseburger with coleslaw and baked beans. I had something different.

B - Omelet
V8
Coffee
Water
S - Coffee
SBD Mocha Bar
D - 1 1/2 cup lettuce, 1 grilled chicken breast, 1 oz RF cheese, 1/4 cup 2% fat small curd cottage cheese that wasn't that small curd to me, turkey bacon crumpled, and 2 T FF balsamic vinegar dressing.
S - NSA fudge cycle

Daughter went camping. I think she got wet in the storm, but she's a big girl and it's OK if she got wet. She knows how to call in an emergency, and she knows her way home. (If anyone hasn't suspected, I'm a very over protective Mom.)

It's a major flaw.

Couldn't sleep.

Got up and had a SBD P2 muffin with FF cream cheese.
I am also having neck issues. Hole in my hand, neck issues.
They shoot horses, don't they?
:?

Tomorrow will be a better day. Maybe I will weigh myself. Or maybe not, hasn't been a week yet. I'll make some hummus for snacks. The upper channels on my cable aren't working tonight.

>sigh<

I know

Slept in this AM
I had my breakfast around noon, and I know that is a big mistake. Daughter came home from her camping trip so I held off on making my Omelet (she's allergic to dairy)
She got her wet things carried in.
Anyway, kind of "off mood" today, but at least I'm binging on SBD friendly foods.

B - Omelet
V8
Coffee
Water
SBD Binge - FF Cool whip, splenda, cocoa
Coffee
Late Lunch - lettuce, chicken LF babybell, 1 T RF thousand isle dressing.
