Also I wanted to mention - about exercise...you should see if a local gym or athletic club offers a ZUMBA class. It's like modern style dancing mixed w/ a cardio work-out. I go to a local atheltic club and work out 4 days a week and then on Saturday mornings I go take this class and call it my "fun treat" for the week. It doesn't even seem like a work-out; however, I sweat my rear end off and I'm usually sore for a couple days after it because I get such a good workout! You may be able to find a ZUMBA class offered on a DVD or something online, but I just think it's an excellent way to get a work-out in without feeling like you're working-out!
