I am a newbie to SB. I started Phase 2 yesterday, after 2 weeks on Phase 1, and I will have to say, I did really well. It was hard for me sometimes, especially at work where we have parties (I'm a preschool teacher) and the goodies come in! I didn't "cheat" at all! I decided to add an apple a day. Well, today I also had a glass of red wine with dinner. Then, I opened a small box of Sees candy that a student had given me a week ago, and offered it to my boys. They had some and so did I...

actually I had 3 pieces! That was my greatest fear, that I couldn't stop at one.....and I also was fearful of starting Phase 2.
I hope tomorrow I can be as wise as I have been for the last two weeks, and not "fall" again! Help! I don't want this to slow my loss (I have lost 10 lbs in Phase 1)
