Please support me! I'm scared I won't lose!

Hi everyone,

I did southbeach four or five years ago and have kept the weight off until the last couple months. It's amazing what just a few months of "letting go" can do. I've gained 9 pounds back and am feeling really scared and anxious. I am an actress and we have our showcase presentation to agents in two weeks. I need to get back to my goal weight, which means I need to lose six pounds in 2 weeks. I love southbeach and it worked in the past-i just need help getting through phase one again. Thank you for any advice, encouragement or support.

You're in the right place for support. Even if you don't lose 6 lbs. in 2 weeks you'll look your best, with great skin and health.

do the best you can! not much time to lose that much weight but I agree with Ami that it will help you look and feel your best in the time you do have. Hope you continue to work into P2 and work on the weight management side of SB as a healthy living lifestyle in the future so you don't have to go through the anxiety level again for the next showcase or audition!
