Ketosis has a lot of symptoms, including loss of appetite, so it's possible that is what you are going through. Have a look at this post, and the post it links to:

By the way, you typed your post in all caps, which is considered "shouting" and is hard for people to read. Be sure to use regular capitalization. :)

post a typical menu and we can probably make some suggestions for improvement as well. this is more about learning a new way of eating and putting a good process in place than it is about "dieting" or overly restricting your food intake. be sure to use the P1 foods list and the meal planning guideline topics that are both linked into the P1 FAQ topic near the top of the P1 discussion forum here.

And yes, please take the caps lock off when posting here.

I've been away from these boards for a while but I recently had a weight gain so I moved back to the beach. I can say I have lost the 53 lbs again and am back on target. I think this plan is great because I don't have to think. I eat healthy fresh foods and I am not ever hungry. But the trick to any diet is to eat. You cannot starve yourself. Weight loss by not eating is not sustainable and is not healthy. Even if you are not really hungry, make sure you get enough protein and nourishment from what you can eat.

I don't count carbs or calories or points or anything else. I eat what I want (including cake and cookies) in moderation but I make sure that the healthy stuff goes in first.

I'm on day 3 and not feeling very hungry either. The key for me has been to watch the clock it seems.
