Not to be outdone by her cousin Liam Cole, meet little Katherine Lorena, who made her grand entrance on Tues March 16th :D

Hope you have a wonderful Easter!

I, too am so thankful I started SB when I did....I can't imagine going through the things I & my hubby have dealt with since without having a focus on healthy eating...
6ft,33, hypothyroid, plantar fasciitis, Sleep Apnea, wifey & caregiver to a hunny w/ Cerebral Palsy, I've lost 80 lbs, 27 more to go!
no longer on Sb due to food sensitivities, but I still eat healthy!
SW- oct 2006 289lbs
GW- 182 lbs

I'm so happy you're still around these parts and doing well. The exercise will come in time as you'll be chasing little Liam and Katherine around :lol: I've missed you and Chessie and while i've met some super great people, you 2 are the ones who 'welcomed' me here and i'll never forget ya :wink:
