Also, is your vanilla non-fat yogurt also sugar free? Free of starches? Otherwise, plain is best for P1. You can add a sugar sub and some other flavors, such as vanilla extract, PB, melted fudgesicle (yum!), etc. to make it taste more like a flavored yogurt.
