TeacherMom-Oh, I am so sorry you are under the weather today! Get well soon! For dinners, which is basically all I plan ahead, I have Easy beef stew(really good flavor), Chicken and veggie skewers w/ rice pilaf and salad, Pasta primavera w/ chicken, Spaghetti(whole grain pasta) and ground turkey, Salmon w/ egg-fried rice & peas, soup, Spicy Joes with ground turkey or lf beef, ww buns, raw veggies, and Orange roughy with steamed asparagus & carrots in lemon sauce.I usually have a large salad or a bowl of soup with some protein for lunches.Hope you are back in the swing of things in no time!
Just did my workout, did 60 mins on the treadmill, 3.5 miles, and burned 625 calories. I am trying to kick up the intensity a bit. These thighs and hips must go!
