OK..weekly check In:lost1.5lbs this week :P total of 13lbs in 6weeks
Have not strayed from the plan one time :P
still walking the beach :P
stuck on 1 fruit and i grain a day :P
And life is good :P

I'm pushing for 2lbs a week and i know i can do it ,if i just get moving.But the hardest part for me was to get my eating style in order..now that i have done that..i can focus on moving more.One obstacle at a time has always been my moto :P
Till next week...walking tall :P

weekly check-in: i gained 1 lb :(
i guess i added the other grain and fruit to quick.now I'm up to 2grains and 2 fruits a day.
I haven't strayed anyway from the plan one bit.I haven't eaten anything that's not SB friendly.

that's the only thing i could think of that's cause me to gain weight.I'm really not so down about it cause i know that the plan has been working for me.I'll just alter some things and switch some things around and figure it all out.

That's why i was so scared to start adding grains and fruit.now i don't want to eat any grains and fruit but i know that before i was OK with 1 and 1 a day.
anyway.I'll work on it this week and see what i can do to lose weigh again.
i have been eating a lot of sunflower seeds.but i don't think that they would cause me to gain weight. :shock: I'll stop with those for this week and see if that helps.

I'm just puzzled by the whole thing but i know that bumps in the road will pop-up.I will face them, go over them and keep going.I know that this plan works for me cause i feel better and i can tell how i look that I'm losing weight.

until next week.I'll make this week a good week.

:P I had a very good week!!! I lost 8 lbs this week for a total of 19 lbs :P
I was so disgusted last week until i went to work :evil:
I stopped eating the Whole Wheat Wraps and stopped with the sunflower seeds cause i don't know when to stop with them :oops:
I got moving....I rode my bike everyday :P
I'm really :shock: by the amount of weight i lost in one week but the only thing i can think of is that my body was just waiting on me to get moving in order to release some major weight!!!

This is a major boost for me cause i knew that i hadn't eaten anything that i wasn't suppose to and it as kinda frustrating,but after some tweaking and getting moving I'm really happy.

So,for now,I'll just continue on my walk and will be walking proud. :P

Weekly weigh in: lost 3 lbs this week,for a total of 22 lbs :P
This week,i have cut back on using salt.I've started seasoning my food with Ms.dash.I use to use it a lot and just started back.I have to force myself to use it cause it's better for me than all that salt.I don't like salt substitute.

I'm really surprised at the rate I'm losing weight.I was so skeptical until i went and bought ANOTHER scale yesterday :oops: thinking that the weight lost couldn't be right but the new scale said the same thing. :P I guess I've eaten so many carbs all my life until my body is just releasing weight. Or I'm just a person that's easy to lose weight(IDk)..I'm no complaining ,it's just a little scary :shock: but a good kinda scary :P

Last week i ate ww crackers about 2 days.this week i think I'll eat the ww wrap about 2 days.I'm still riding my bike and have started intervals riding.

Taking one day at a time and mixing food up and finding foods and recipes that i can stick to that makes it easy for me to keep this up.
I give God the glory for giving the strength and wisdom to continue to eat right and make healthy choices

keep up the good work, i went back on sb sun. it is the best way to eat.. but we need to make it a life time committment.. so i hope we can support each other, i want to lose at least 30 lbs by spring, i can do if i stay on it faithfuly.....you have a good day,,,,,, :D bonnie

I have been extremely busy.I'm getting ready to go to a tennis tournament in Miami and it's very exciting getting ready to go :P

I didn't lost any weight last week.still holding at 22 lbs lost (in 2 months)so far :P I've been eating the turkey peperoni as a snack and this morning I noticed that it's loaded with salt :roll: I bought it to add to my homemade pizza's but had some left over.I threw it away this morning so I'll lose that water weight soon.

I've adopted this SB way of eating now and everything is fine.I'm feeling better about myself and looking better and people are noticing the change.

I'm focused on everything that goes in my mouth and I'm happy.I know that this is a process and i didn't gain weight over night and i won't lost it over night so everything is everything.

I'm even planing out my menu for the days that I'll be gone.I'm always planning. :P

today I'll have a good day and tomorrow will take care of itself!!

one bite is too much because 100 bites is not enough :D That is how it is for me with a lot of foods. I can't eat any pasta and I am wheat intolerant so I can't eat whole wheat either. :(

Are you playing in the tennis tournament?

I love tennis but can't play right now..maybe one day it is in my wish list for when I lose enough weight. 8)

I had a good week and lost 4 lbs.total=26
I'm taking one day at a time and just saying focus.that's the only way to be really, if i want to succeed.I'm trying hard not to think about how far i have to go but just taking it one day at a time.
Getting ready for my trip,i pulled out some clothes that i couldn't wear last summer and now they fit :P that's a good feeling :P
While shopping,when i look at clothes that i can't get into yet,i don't get so down on myself like i use to,i have this calmness about me cause i know that one day i will get into them.I've even been tempted to buy a dress that's too small just to have when i can fit into it. :)

I give Give God all the Glory for giving me a piece of mind and a calmness to follow this WOE cause i couldn't do it without him.

Just checking In.Last week i lost I lb =total 27 lbs in11weeks :P
everything is kinda frantic with me now cause I'm shopping everyday and leave for my trip on the 24th of March!!!!
I'm making smart choices with my food selections,I've been taking some nuts for snacks but i really don't want to eat to many of those so I've stop with them for now :wink:

Had lunch at KFC the other day and ordered a grilled chicken breast and string beans!!! ate at subway,ordered grilled chicken salad w/ff french dressing.
I'm handling it(yeah!!!!) I'm just not satisfied with my portion sizes but I'll work on that,for sure.I've been doing ok but some how i think i can be doing a little better.I'm still losing but i feel like i can do more.

I thank God for giving me the strength to have come this far and I'm not complaining i just know i can do better.This trip has taken a lot of my focus so hopefully when it's over and things get back to normal,I'll be more content about my eating patterns.

Wow,I haven't posted since March 13.Since my last Post,Now I've lost a total of 35 lbs since Dec18.09 :P
My trip was a success! i took cans of tuna,crackers and cans of V8 .I just ate a big salad on the tennis site everyday and had a lot of water!
On my trip i lost6 lbs and the other 2 lbs i lost was lost before i left.!! I'm just taking one day at a time and staying focused on what i eat.This is a journey and a process so i hanging in there.

Thanks YB,for trying to get me off of page 2 but i never paid any attention to that before.
I just post here once a week or near that and motivate myself and get on with the journey of changing my way of eating and keeping a positive attitude.

Since I've been on this site,I've only found 2 people that i relate to..you and grandma Kathy.Your journals are very motivating and help me a lot.i guess i have to relate to others before i can expect them to relate to me but I'm doing just fine :P I do skim others journals but....I've always more or less been a loner.just me and the Lord..with him keeping me on the right path and everything's alright.

I'm still holding at 35 lbs lost.I guess, since week before last,i lost 7 lbs,my body needs time to adjust .but I'm happy and.......now,Monday i joined Curves!!!! and am walking around a track on days when i don't go to curves!!!My sister joined last night too!!!!

It's much to pretty outside to be inside riding my stationary bike. so I thank God for giving me the motivation and strength to keep going in the right direction to a better me.

Also,i don't know what i would have done if it had not been for Red and Magna.No disrespect to the other mods,but Red and Magna have helped me the most.
