HI guys!
Liebly, that is so great that you are trying to do the gym! And majorly impressive getting up at that hour! Keep up the good work! I hope your husband takes to it, that extra support and motivation would do wonders

The traction sounds interesting!
I have not been back to work yet from my surgery 5 mos ago, I can only imagine what you are going through!
I am in week 3 of p2, and fighting discouragement. I have never tried so hard, been so consistent, cooked so much, said "no" to all the sugar I usually have, and still no real results. Well, I am seeing results somewhat, and I have been giving myself the pep talk I would give someone else, it is just discouraging! I am down 5 pounds, it was 7 but probably just a fluctuation. I have decided to just try this next month without expectations. It truly is hard to break my old mindsets, but I am really working on it!
I have to eat anyway, so no matter what I might as well eat in the way that keeps me feeling healthy and energetic! Even if I never lost another pound, I am still healthier than before! That being said, I really wanted a fresh baked cookie at my friends' house today, but could not bring myself to have even one! I came home and had my apple with homemade peanut butter! One day at a time, sometimes just one snack at a time!
Hope all is well with everybody
