I mix it up and add a little milk if necessary to make it a nice smooth consistency... it is thicker than pudding... thinner than cookie dough... but somewhere in between. I also like to throw in a tablespoon or so of rolled oats. It's like eating no-bake cookie dough raw... and it's incredible. I created that one one night when I really wanted some chocolate!
