Usually I do interval running and walking, but on Wednesday, I ran for 10 min straight between 5.0 and 5.2 mph! Then at 5 min intervals with 2 min rest in between, for up to 50 minutes. I didn't feel tired then, but I am sure feeling it now. But returned to the gym on Thursday and again this morning. Leaving for a cruise to Mexico on Sunday morning, but I'm planning on taking full advantage of the gym there
