I 'm getting ready to start Phase II tomorrow and want to get ready for the weeki. I've searched faq looking for blank form to record daily allowances and meals and the only one I found was on faq from 2005. Is there a newer one? I like to look at a days allowances on one sheet to see what I can have or have used that day for limited allowances.
Thanks

I don't know of anything specifically like that. The menu planning template/guideline (how to adapt your meal plan) topic that is linked into the FAQ topics is the closest, although it doesn't necessarily contain all the limits on all foods that are listed in the P1 foods to enjoy list. And there is a completely blank form that allows you to list/plan meals snacks for the week, but that has no information on it all. I think most people just get familiar with the few items that have limits and use the meal planning guidelines to plan with but not really sure what others do when they start out!
