Hi everyone! I'm from the Chicago suburbs. I've been on SB once before with DH (back in 2005) and made it through the first two weeks of Ph 1 with great success, but then for whatever reason we stopped after that. Big mistake.

Well, I'm back on the wagon now and just started up again 11/30/09. I'm a bridesmaid in my brother's wedding in April 2010 (in Punta Cana) and I gotta drop some excess before then! Yikes, beaches!

My name is Ryan, I am 29, and from NB Canada. This is the second time following the SB diet, first time I lost 30 lbs but over the last 5 or 6 years I found it all again! So I am back on the bandwagon, and am just starting phase 2. This time my goal is to get down to 150, which is what the BMI index says I should be.
