Hey I may have to get that Wii EA Active game... Wii Fit told me I was overweight today and gave me a big lecture - lol!!! I actually exercised with it today and it was fun but not much of a workout. The hoola hooping was good and I felt my abs working well. I also did the running and some yoga. Definitely prefer Zumba at the gym. 8)

Thanks Wrknonit. I've just learned to ignore it and keep hitting the 'A' button on the remote and not do the weigh-in part. DH and I are having a blast right now breaking every one of our DS's records. He's gonna freak out in the morning when he sees us as #1 and 2 on all the challenges... hee hee!! Sounds means but he's such a bragger and always saying 'no one can beat me' so we thought we'd knock him down a few pegs...

Hi there!
I laugh a lot at your wii adventures. If I designed a machine, it would be one to say how pretty, smart, loveable and skinny I am
Had a rough day yesterday, but better today...still with the program! And even still keeping up the exercise!
Thank you for all your support and patience!!!! Back at ya!

Hi all,

Wii is great. Yoga last night was even better! I sooo missed it. So here is the exciting news of the day.

Today is January 12th. I started this adventure on October 12th. Got on the scale this morning and it said 151.6...that's 16lbs since I started 4 months ago :) :) :) Today is also the first time the scale has read less than 153 so I'm not sure yet if it's a fluke (didn't eat much yesterday) or will stay that way, but heck I'll take and at least if I teater between a couple numbers I'll be seeing 151 on the scale. Next goal 149...can't wait to break into the 140s, but at this pace I'm totally fine with that happening when it happens...preferably in the next couple of weeks. Happy day all!!

So, food for yesterday

B: Quinoa w/1% milk & splenda, V8, decaf coffee w/1%milk & splenda
L: V8 Butternut soup, string cheese
S: BBB, decaf coffee
S: couple bites of l/o shepards pie (no potato)
D: Mahi-Mahi w/Faux cream sauce, wild rice & Asparagus, wine

Today so far

B: V8, quinoa w/1%milk & Splenda, Decaf coffee

Excellent work Wrkonit! You're doing great!!! Yippeee!!!

BTW - I figured out my Wii. If I do the BodyTest, I tell it my clothes are 'heavy' instead of 'light' and then it tells me I'm at a healthy weight and right in my BMI!! I guess that means that I'm right at the top of my BMI - ha ha!

Hi Jen,
Sorry to not have been around for a few days, but I see that ou are doig great!!!!
I started Oct 16, at some point have lost 11 lbs, but now I am only down about 6-7. I like to go your way, good for you!!!! You are about where I'd like to be by April 24, so I will be looking here to steal your secrets :-)
Congrats and enjoy being thin. It feels better than any food you can eat!
