I'm resurrecting my journal to keep track of my food/weight over the next few weeks. I am having a hysterectomy on Dec. 4 and my dr. told me to do some kind of quick weight loss between now and then. Apparently she doesn't like operating on overweight women - go figure! I'm going to try really hard to stick to salads; fruit; whole grains; and Lean Cuisines. NO SUGAR!!!

D - Jason's Deli - CA club sandwich on WW toast, Baked Lays
D - 1 Baby Ruth fun size bar, skim milk

B - Fiber One cereal w/skim milk
L - Grilled fish, rice, beans, cole slaw (Ann's)
S - Granola bar, WW pita chips, snacked on nuts
D - Lean Cuisine, WW pita chips
D - Skim milk
