Has anyone tried Acaii Elite yet? Found think link for a free trial bottlle and was wondering if it really does boost your energy levels or not.

Thoughts?

the acai berry is helpful but its mostly a scam, you can hardly ever find it in concentrations that justify the prices on the bottles or in concentrations that will actually affect your metabolism. whereas something like green tea is much cheaper and comes in many tasty flavours! i would actually recommend chromium for the proper metabolisation of sugars and fat it helps suppress cravings too by stabilizing your absorption of carbs. you pick whatever sounds good to you though and good luck!

I've tried the Acai berry supplement in the past. Didn't notice much of a difference and I agree; they are not worth the money.

A co-worker and I thought we'd found the "magic" pill, but after a few weeks, we realized that it was just another scam.

Please notice the OP had less than 5 posts and was posting a commercial link which I removed. These situations are just "red flags" for scammers and spammers. While I don't know the actual intent of the OP, I don't trust anyone under these circumstances. They could just as easily be someone posing as someone interested in information when they are actually getting paid for click thru's based on the link they posted which is a very common tactic. As is the same person signing up under multiple IDs and creating question and response posts to make it look like an actual conversation between two different people to give it additional "credibility". While it's an occupational hazard of being a moderator to not trust any new posters here until they seem somewhat genuine, I think more people should be a little more cognizant that not everyone is who they appear to be on the internet. This is a wide open board. Everything is visible to anyone whether they are members or not and there are no checks on anyone requesting membership. All you need is a valid email address. You shouldn't suspend normal healthy skepticism of strangers just because most people here are who they say they are and sharing in their own struggles and common goals.

Thanks for taking good care of us and for the great reminders.

Checked the Abbreviations sticky in the General Chat forum and found it wasn't there so just updated that as well.
