You don't necessarily have to eat breakfast foods for breakfast. I've eaten grilled chicken with some lf cheese melted on it or leftover chicken chili - you could also have cottage cheese with some splenda and cinnamon - doesn't taste too bad. I used to plan out my meals a day or so ahead so I was always prepared and had less of a chance to eat on the run. Personally, in P1 I usually had eggbeaters with some lf cheese or turkey bacon for breakfast with a glass of low sodium V-8 (aside from salads, I'm not much of a veggie eater).
What I'll probably be doing is posting my plan for the day - something else that helps me keep on track.
So, does everyone have their groceries in and their plan for tomorrow? I think we should come up with a name for the group - I had suggested End of Summer Beginners, but Wendy - maybe you want to come up with something. It just might be easier to find the posts if we keep it under one heading.
Wendy, what do you mean by group totals? An end of the week weigh in or something? I'm up for anything that keeps me interested and excited about doing this....
