I'm going to do my own diet thing. I can't do all this measuring and counting fats and carbs and stuff. It's just too freaking much work!
I know what I should and should not eat. I know what my addictions are. I'm throwing in the towel on diet plans and just eating right, and not doing all this darned bookwork!
Sorry, gals, but I've spent too much time trying to figure out what to eat, how much, when, where...I'm not cut out for this.
